But although being seen with a fetching<br \/>\norange tan is fairly standard on Strictly, there are lot of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.propertyportfoliosoftware.co.uk\/video.hmo_multi_let.html#watch-demo-anchor\">student tenants<\/a><br \/>\nwho also aspire to having bright orange tans all year round, as at least one<br \/>\nlandlord has found out to his cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cardiff Students&#8217; Obsession with Fake Tan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Cardiff landlord has been forced to spend thousands of pounds replacing<br \/>\nmattresses in his student accommodation over the last four years. To begin<br \/>\nwith, he had no idea what was causing the strange orange stains on the<br \/>\nmattresses, but eventually he figured out that the unpleasant marks were as a<br \/>\nresult of female students using fake tan and then going to bed while the<br \/>\nproduct was still on their skin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruined Mattresses in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.propertyportfoliosoftware.co.uk\/video.landlord_bank_accounts.html#watch-demo-anchor\">Rental Houses<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many of the pocket sprung mattresses in his properties had to be dumped and<br \/>\nreplaced with new ones, but the problem persisted. Eventually the landlord<br \/>\nfigured out that memory foam mattresses were a better choice because these<br \/>\nhave washable covers. He is also trying to educate his student tenants on the<br \/>\nerror of their ways\u2014wearing cotton pyjamas overnight helps, as does washing<br \/>\nthe sheets.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the nation&#8217;s obsession with fake tan is unlikely to be ending<br \/>\nany time soon\u2014a quick look around any town centre will reveal a multitude of<br \/>\norange people walking around.
