I think that there is now a general consensus now that this will indeed happen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\" lang=\"EN-US\"><o:p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; language: en-US\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\" lang=\"EN-US\"><o:p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; language: en-US\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\" lang=\"EN-US\">His comments were accompanied with the report stating that their net new mortgage lending had fallen by over two-thirds.
