Providing easy to use software is one thing, but providing a quality support service is another challenge in itself and we pride ourselves on our unrivalled support service.

If you have purchased either of our property management software solutions outright (i.e. are not on the 'pay-as-you-go' monthly payment plan) then you will receive 30 days of free functional and technical support from the day the software is first licensed.

If after the initial 30 days you want to sign-up for ongoing functional and technical support then please sign in to your customer account to purchase the additional support.

What are the benefits of renewing your support agreement?

As long as your support agreement is up-to-date you will continue to receive unlimited email and telephone support in the use of the software.

This means that you will have peace of mind if you:

i) have any questions regarding the software
ii) experience any difficulties in using the software or
iii) experience any technical problems.

We strongly recommend that you stay up-to-date with our upgrade and support service.
