Applying Software Updates - Minor Upgrades and Software Fixes

For all software purchases you will receive all software fixes and 'minor' functional changes free of charge for that version of the software.

Upgrading the Software - Major Functional Upgrades

Whenever a major functional upgrade takes place then the software version will change. For example for Landlords Property Manager Professional, we are currently on version 2008. The next version will be version 2009.

Customers who have purchased the software outright

When a 'major' functional upgrade is undertaken and a new version of the software is released then there will be a cost of £97 + VAT to upgrade to this new version.

Example: John buys Landlords Property Manager Professional 2008. He will continue to receive all functional changes to this version of the software free of charge. However when Landlords Property Manager 2009 is launched he will be able to upgrade to this version at a cost of £97 + VAT should he wish to do so.

If you wish to upgrade to the latest version please sign in to your customer account and you can upgrade from within here. The software will also prompt you and you will be able to upgrade through the software as well.

Customers who are on a rental 'pay-as-you-go' payment plan

If you are on our monthly 'pay-as-you-go' payment plan and pay for the software monthly then you will automatically be upgraded to all future releases of the software free of charge. In other words you will just continue to pay your monthly fee and continue to receive all minor upgrades, major upgrades and software fixes free of charge.

Upgrade from 'Regular to 'Professional'
