As I am new to property investment I found the property tax manager software excellent, all you have to do is input income or expenditure in the correct section, the software can then run reports on whatever you want, such as tax return.

It can also highlight when items are due for renewal, such as insurance or the gas certificates etc, all in all the software greatly simplifies the laborious task of property tax management.
